Nordisk Staal A / S is an old family company, established in 1932.

The company has a great tradition of performing all kinds of steel structures from bridges to units built into, for example, melting furnaces.

In connection with the bankruptcy of the Danish steel mill in the summer of 2002, Nordisk Staal went bankrupt on 31 March 2003.

Nordisk Staal was continued by 3 employees, which formed the company Nordisk Staal A / S on April 1, 2003 and started with 20 employees. Today, Nordisk Staal has grown and there are approx. 45 – 55 employees.

Today, the company is run by the two remaining owners, Production Director Jesper Themsen and Managing Director Jan Sørensen.

In line with the increasing demands on the steel industry, Nordisk Staal has established a quality department. This has meant that Nordisk Staal has obtained several certifications, which include that Nordisk Staal are capable of performing designs up to EXC 4 in EN1090.
