History

Nordisk Staal is an old family business, established in 1932.

The company has a great tradition for making all forms of steel constructions from bridges to units, which for example are built into melting furnaces.

In association with the Danish Steel Rolling Mill´s liguidation in summer 2002, Nordisk Staal unfortunately was declared bankrupt 31 March 2003.

3 employees founded the company Nordisk Staal of April 1. 2003 A/S and started up with 20 employees, which today (2006) have grown to about 60 – 70 employees.

Today Nordisk Staal performs tasks for number of customers such as those NCC, Haldor Topsøe, Unomedical, Filcon, Carlsberg, DanSteel,  DSB S-tog, Air Liquide, Linde, Nexans Norway, Iron Pump, Bladt Industries and then some.

Today, the company is run by: Production Manager, Jesper Themsen, and Administrative Manager, Jan Sørensen.
